- Module 1 — Field inventory. Audit your current pack: which slides decide, which slides decorate.
- Module 2 — Chart grammar. Waterfalls, bridges, rolling cash, and when not to use a pie.
- Module 3 — Automation lanes. Scheduled refresh patterns, version stamps, and failure alerts.
- Module 4 — Board narrative. Caption formulas, risk callouts, and bilingual label habits.
- Module 5 — Showcase & maintenance. Peer review, exception log, and 90-day upkeep plan.

FAQ
Which tools do you support?
We work primarily with Excel/Power Query, Power BI, and Looker Studio. If your stack is Tableau or a custom warehouse, bring it — labs adapt, but demos stay tool-honest.
Do I need a data engineer?
Helpful, not required. You should be comfortable joining tables and explaining filter logic. We will not rewrite your entire data warehouse in four weeks.
What is a real limitation of this course?
We cannot guarantee automated delivery into every email client or ERP portal. Some exports still need a human click. We teach you to label those steps clearly instead of pretending they vanish.
